Scale your business,
not your overhead.
One memory of everything your business already knows. It writes, calculates and answers inside the tools your team already uses. A person approves before anything goes out.
The Brain Scan: a fixed price, two to three weeks, a fixed deliverable. From there we build on our own platform, on a monthly subscription.

Nothing goes out without that click, unless you decide otherwise.
What the brain does
Generic AI guesses. It does not know your prices, your tone or your customers. Great for a first draft, dangerous for prices, stock and calculations.
Your business already knows a lot. It sits in your shop, your ERP, your mailbox and in one colleague's head, and nowhere can you ask it a question. The Company Brain turns that into one memory you can query and put to work. It collects, connects, predicts, acts and learns. Every correction and approval flows back in, so month six beats month one. You keep the domain expertise, the brain keeps the memory.

Inside the platform
Your brain runs on Taufinity Studio. These are its parts, and they are the same parts for every customer. We configure them for your business instead of writing new software for it.
Content Pipeline
Generation, editing, images and scheduling in one run, grounded in your own data and written in your voice.
Approval Workflow
Draft, review, publish. Nothing leaves the building without a person clicking approve, unless you decide otherwise.
Dashboards
Your numbers from your own warehouse, and answers to questions typed in plain language. No SQL, no analyst, no waiting.
Widget
Chat and forms you can embed anywhere, answering from your knowledge instead of from the open internet.
Knowledge Files
Your documents, price lists, policies and brand assets, loaded as the context every answer is grounded in.
Client Portal
One place to see what your brain is connected to, what it is doing and what it produced this week.
What it delivers
Running in production on customers' own data
The infinite content factory
Dominate your niche with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and of course SEO
Turn your static documents into an autonomous stream of video scripts, landing pages, and social content that adapts to user intent.
The contextual workforce
Clone your best experts with AI agents
• Answer internal questions based on your own policies • Draft proposals using past deals • Support customer service with context aware replies • Execute repetitive workflows inside your tool stack
The predictive growth loop
Targeting in a constantly changing market
Replace "gut feeling" with closed loop systems. Connect your profit data directly to ad platforms to optimise for real margin, not just cheap leads.
The AI ready digital brain
Connecting your data to turn AI into a strategic asset
Any successful AI strategy starts with clean, high quality data. This makes the difference between AI that delivers value and AI that costs you money.
Five product lines, one brain
The same memory and the same learning loop underneath, configured per line. Start with the line that pays back first, add the next when it does. Every line runs on the same foundation and the same monthly subscription.
Not sure which line to start with?
That is what the Brain Scan is for. It ranks the options by what they pay back and ends with an evidenced choice of where to start.
See the Brain ScanIntegrations
Taufinity connects to the systems you already run. Everything lands in one shared data model and one Company Brain that your dashboards, agents and content pipeline read from.
Data sources
Pull history and daily numbers out of your shop, marketplace, ads, email and search. Read-only, with a field allowlist so personal data with no analytical purpose never lands.
Publishing channels
One article becomes a post written for each channel rather than truncated into it. Approve once and the queue drains itself.
Business systems
Read from and write to the tools your team lives in, from quotations in your ERP to the documents that feed your Company Brain.
Do not see your tool?
Many more are on the roadmap. Marketplaces, ad platforms, CRM and support systems, payment providers, accounting packages and further social channels are queued.
Tools can be requested. The order they arrive in is driven by what customers ask for, so asking genuinely moves it. Requests that come with a specific question attached ("we need X so we can answer Y") get built first.
Or build your own. Anything that speaks HTTP can be called, and anything that can make an HTTP request can start a workflow. Whatever the interface can do, the API can do.
For who: innovators & scalers
The road to AI maturity is different for every business.
For entrepreneurs and innovators
You have unique expertise, a strong proposition and a proven vision. But your growth is held back because everything depends on your time and capacity.
Your expertise becomes a product instead of your calendar. The brain learns how you work and then does the repeatable part of it, so revenue stops being capped by your hours.
For established organisations & scalers
You're an established organisation with large volumes of data and customers. But increasing complexity creates margin pressure, disconnected systems and silos between IT and Marketing.
The brain sits on top of the systems you already run, connects what is siloed and takes the heaviest workflows off your team. Volume grows without headcount growing with it.
How your brain goes live
One product, three steps. Start small: one source and one use case that pays back, then the next.
The Brain Scan
Two to three weeks to map what your business already knows, and what a brain would do with it.
- →A map of your sources: what you have and what is missing
- →Use cases ranked by what they pay back
- →An honest answer, even when it is "not yet"
Output:
A map of your data and a first use case, with what it pays back
Your brain goes live
We connect your sources and switch on the solutions you need. Configured on our platform, not written from scratch for you.
- →Your sources connected with a field allowlist; read-only by default, writing only where you switch it on
- →Proven solutions configured, not custom software per customer
- →Output lands in your existing tools: shop, ERP, ads, support desk
- →One source and one use case first, then the next
Output:
A working brain, doing real work in the tools your team already opens
Company Brain Management
The subscription. Your brain stays connected, stays current, and gets better every month it runs.
- →Hosted and monitored by us, in the EU
- →Every edit and approval flows back in, so month six beats month one
- →New solutions switched on when you want them
- →A platform fee plus what you actually use
Output:
A brain that keeps learning, on a subscription instead of a project
Who we are
Three founders who build the Company Brain and run it for the companies using it.

Decides what the product does next, starting from the outcome it has to produce.
Mark starts from the business outcome, then works backwards to data, AI and technology. If the impact is not clear in two sentences, it does not get built. That rule is why the brain ships solutions instead of slide decks.

Designs and builds the platform the brain runs on.
Robin brings a strong engineering background from several tech scale ups, where systems had to work without failure. That experience shapes how he designs architecture today: robust, understandable and built to last. He believes the best systems are the ones your team can understand, maintain and trust long after launch.

Builds the data foundation and the models that make the brain worth asking.
Willem specialises in turning data into a strategic asset. He focuses on data quality, actionable insights and feedback loops, ensuring automated processes do not just produce output, but actually learn and improve over time. Without solid data, AI is just expensive guesswork. His work makes sure it is not.
Together we build the product: the data foundation, the intelligence layer and the platform it runs on.
Mark decides what the product does next. Willem develops the continuously learning intelligence layer. Robin engineers the platform it runs on.
Let's talkWhy "Taufinity"?
Tau (Ï„) represents a complete cycle, not a static circle, but continuous motion.
Infinity (∞) is what we build: systems that improve themselves over time.
Together: infinite growth loops. Your brain gets better every week without anyone pulling at it.
