The way in

The Brain Scan: a baseline measurement of your data

A short, paid engagement with a fixed price and a fixed duration of two to three weeks. It is a baseline measurement: at the end you know which data you have, what state it is in, where time or margin leaks away in one core process, and what fixing it is worth.

What the baseline actually measures

Not your AI maturity in general, because you cannot buy anything with that. Three concrete things: which data exists and in what state, how much manual work sits inside one process, and whether that manual work can be automated with the data you already have.

Data maturity here is not a score out of five. It is an answer to whether your sources are good enough for the one thing you want to do first.

What you get

Three things, all three written down and yours to keep, even if you do nothing further with us.

  • A map of your data sources: what exists, where it sits, and what is missing
  • The waste in one core process, in hours or in euros, not as an impression
  • A business case with a payback period, so the next step is arithmetic rather than a leap

Who it is for

Owners and directors of digital businesses who know there is value in their data but do not know where to start. If you have already answered that question you do not need the scan, and we start on the line you named.

Why it is paid

Because a free scan is a sales conversation with a report wrapped around it. A paid engagement gets us into the real systems and the real numbers, and gets you an outcome you can use without us.

One condition up front: we take the scan on when there is an intention to continue. We turn down a standalone scan, because it leaves you with a report and us with nothing to build on.

What we need from you

Less than you would expect, but it is not a free ride. Two to three weeks only works if the access is there in week one.

  • Read access to the systems that matter, usually your shop or ERP, your analytics and your customer conversations
  • Someone who genuinely knows the process, for two conversations of an hour
  • Permission to look inside those systems, within terms we agree up front

What you get when the answer is "not yet"

Then that is what the report says. Sometimes the data is too thin, sometimes the problem is in a process rather than in the technology, and sometimes the gain is too small to justify a subscription. That is a valid outcome, and you get it in writing with the reasoning attached.

A scan that always says yes is not a scan.

What happens after the scan

From there we build on our own platform, on a monthly subscription. Which line runs first follows from the business case, not from a preference of ours.

Advice sits inside the scan, with a cap on hours. We do not sell advice on its own, because advice without execution is mostly a document.

Talk it through first

Half an hour is enough to work out whether the scan is right for you. If the answer is no, we will say so.
